A. Using Chrome on a Windows PC?
1. Open Chrome.
2. Click on the 3 dots in top right-hand corner of the browser.
3. Go to "Settings."
4. Choose, "Privacy and Security", on the left-hand side of the window.
5. Click on "Clear Browsing Data."
6. Select the "Cached Images and Files" check box.
7. Click the blue "Clear Data" box in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
8. Try to reopen website.
B. Using Microsoft Edge Windows on a PC?
1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy, search and services.
2.Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
3. Select the Cached images and files check box and then select "Clear."
C. For Safari Mac
1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select "Preferences."
2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the "Show Develop" menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
3. Select the "Develop" drop-down menu. Click "Empty Cache."
Note: You may want to also clear your browser history. Select the History drop-down, then "Clear History."
