Carson&Bear TailScore App Will Not Install?
Solution 1: Restart the device and try installing the app again.
Solution 2: Check if there is enough memory / storage space on the device. (Choose the option below that matches what type of device you are using)
Trying to install on an Android device?
1. Open the "Settings" menu. You can find "Settings" by locating the icon that resembles a gear. It can also be found in your Apps menu.
2. Tap "Storage," which can be found in the list of search results below the search bar. (*Note: If you do not see "Storage" in the Settings menu, tap the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner and type "Storage" in the search bar to search the Settings menu on your device.)
3. Check the phone’s total and available storage. At the top of the screen, it displays the total amount of space your Android device has, the total amount of user/system space that is currently in use, and the total amount of space available on your Android device.
Trying to install on an Apple iOS device?
1. Go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage.
2. You may see a list of recommendations for optimizing your device's storage, followed by a list of installed apps and the amount of storage each one uses.
3. Follow the recommendations then try reinstalling the app.
Solution 3: Ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements for the app.
Are you using an Android?
1. Tap the menu option on your phone.
2. Tap "Settings."
3. Go to "General > About."
4. Check the Software Version. You must be running Android 5.0 (Marshmallow) and above.
Are you using an iOS device?
1. Open the "Settings" icon.
2. Go to "General > About."
3. Check the Software Version. You must be running Apple iOS 13.0 or later.
