How do veterinarians work with Carson&Bear?

Our team of veterinarians and research scientists work closely with you and your local veterinarian to custom-tailor a nutritional plan for your canine best friend to ensure they live the longest, healthiest life possible.  It's our Life Promise!

How can I find out if my current veterinarian is In-Network, and a part of the Carson&Bear Program?

Ask your veterinarian, or contact Customer Support by submitting a ticket at https://Help.CarsonandBearPets.com/Portal/Signin or emailing us at https://CarsonandBearPets.com/Contact. If your veterinarian is not In-Network or a current Carson&Bear member, we can work to help get them enrolled.

What happens if I'm traveling and need to see an Out-of-Network veterinarian?

That's no problem at all!  Simply let your local In-Network veterinarian know what was done when you return home, and they will note this in your dog(s) Carson&Bear profile.

What happens if I switch my dog(s) to a new veterinarian?

That's no problem at all!  We recommend you choose a new Veterinarian that is also in the Carson&Bear Network.  If you can't find one that is In-Network, contact Customer Support by submitting a ticket at https://Help.CarsonandBearPets.com/Portal/Signin or emailing us at https://CarsonandBearPets.com/Contact and we can assist.

What if I use multiple veterinarians for my dog(s)?

That's no problem at all!  We recommend you use veterinarians that are in the Carson&Bear Network.  If you can't find one that is In-Network, or the Veterinarian you have chosen is not In-Network, contact Customer Support by submitting a ticket at https://Help.CarsonandBearPets.com/Portal/Signin or emailing us at https://CarsonandBearPets.com/Contact and we can work to get them into the Carson&Bear Network.
