What's the first step I take to get started with the Carson&Bear program?

First off, congratulations!!  You have made the decision to help your canine best friend(s) live their longest and healthiest life possible.  
We recommend you start by downloading the TailScore app from the Apple iTunes or Microsoft stores.  Once you have the app downloaded, then go to "Sign-Up/Sign-In" and create a new account.  

If you prefer to work directly through our online portal, simply go to www.CarsonandBearPets.com and click on the "Sign-Up/Sign-In" button and create a new account.

Do I need to consult my veterinarian before getting started with the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program?

We always say, "Vets know best!"  So, it never hurts to consult your veterinarian before making any decision that affects your dogs health.  That said, your veterinarian may not be familiar with the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program.  If that's the case, please contact Carson&Bear Customer Support by submitting a ticket at https://Help.CarsonandBearPets.com/Portal/Signin or emailing us at https://CarsonandBearPets.com/Contact, and let us know who your veterinarian is.  We will work to get your veterinarian enrolled as a Carson&Bear In-Network provider, to ensure you maximize your benefits in the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program.

What if my veterinarian has never heard of Carson&Bear?

That's no problem!  Simply contact Carson&Bear Customer Support by submitting a ticket at https://Help.CarsonandBearPets.com/Portal/Signin or emailing us at https://CarsonandBearPets.com/Contact, and let us know who your veterinarian is.  We will work to get your Veterinarian enrolled as a Carson&Bear In-Network provider, to ensure you maximize your benefits in the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program.

Can my veterinarian tell me I have to be a Carson&Bear Member?

No, however the benefits of being a Carson&Bear member, working closely with your veterinarian, and participating in our Dog Wellness program, will help your dog live their longest and happiest life possible.
