Yes, you can. However, if you are paused for more than sixty (60) days, you will lose credit for all prior program eligibility and must start over.
How do I pause my membership?
How long can I pause my membership for?
There is no limit to the amount of time you can pause your membership for. However, pausing your membership for longer than sixty (60) days will impact the Life Promise Guarantee for every fur baby whose membership is paused. If you pause your membership for longer than sixty (60) days, each canine best friend affected will have to start the Life Promise Guarantee period over at Tier 1, just like they were newly enrolled to the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program.
Do I lose all my Carson&Bear benefits if I pause my membership?
Yes, while your membership is paused, you will not be able to take advantage of;
