How do I sign up for the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program?

First off, congratulations!!  You have made the decision to help your canine best friend(s) live their longest and healthiest life possible.  
We recommend you start by downloading the TailScore app from the Apple iTunes or Microsoft stores.  Once you have the app downloaded, then go to "Sign-Up/Sign-In" and create a new account.  
If you prefer to work directly through our online portal, simply go to www.CarsonandBearPets.com and click on the "Sign-Up/Sign-In" button and create a new account.

Can my veterinarian sign me up for the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program?

No, you would need to create your own user account, complete with Subscription payment information, to activate a Program Membership.

Why is my veterinarian pushing me to sign up for the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program?

Because they know how much your fur babies mean to you!  Our Dog Wellness Program was designed by our team of veterinarians and research scientists to promote the health and well-being of all dogs, something that your veterinarian will certainly appreciate and support.

What does my veterinarian get when I sign up for the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program?

Our In-Network Veterinarians gain access to a host of passive and active benefits that include; healthier and happier canine patients, patient longevity, dog owner satisfaction, collaboration and support from the Carson&Bear veterinary and research scientist team, and product and service discounts and rebates specifically for veterinarians.

Do I need to have the Carson&Bear TailScore app to join the Dog Wellness Program?

No.  Everything on the app is also available through the portal at www.CarsonandBearPets.com 

Can I sign up for the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program at my veterinarian's office?

If you have access to the TailScore app or the portal at www.CarsonandBearPets.com, you can sign up anywhere in the world!

Can my veterinarian help me with my Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program questions?

Though some of our In-Network Veterinarians are extremely well versed on the Program, we don't recommend you ask them for help.  We recommend you utilize the FAQ's in the Help section of the TailScore app or via the portal at www.Carson&BearPets.com.
