The Carson&Bear Life Promise
What is the Carson&Bear Life Promise guarantee?
Carson&Bear's Life Promise is our guarantee that we will refund a portion, or all, of your last years programs fees, if the fur baby you enrolled in the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness program ("Registered Pet") does not exceed your Registered Pet's Agreed Life Span. The Agreed Life Span is specified by Us for your Registered Pet when you register that Pet in the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program. The refund amount is calculated based on the Months of continuous Program Eligibility that your Registered Pet was enrolled in our Standard Service, and assumes all aspects of Program Eligibility were met, during those Months of continuous Program Eligibility.

What happens to the Life Promise if I deviate from the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program?
Should you deviate from the Carson&Bear Dog Wellness Program Eligibility requirements, your Months of Continuous Program Eligibility will reset to zero at the time of deviation.
Is the Carson&Bear Life Promise the same as pet insurance?
No. Life Promise is not pet, life or health insurance.
