Solution 1: Uninstall and reinstall the TailScore app on an Android Device.

Need to Uninstall TailScore on an Android device?

1. First delete the app from the "Settings" menu on your device.
a. Open "Settings" on your device.
b. Tap on "Apps."
c. Select "See All Apps."
d. Find the TailScore app and select it.
e. Tap "Uninstall."
f. Hit "OK."
2. Then, uninstall the TailScore app from the Google Play Store:
a. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
b. Tap your account profile image.
c. Tap on "Manage Apps & Device."
d. Navigate to the "Manage" tab.
e. Find the TailScore app check the box next to it.
f. Hit the trash can icon.
g. Select "Uninstall."
3. You can also uninstall the TailScore app from the home screen:
a. Tap and hold the TailScore app icon located in the app drawer or on the home screen.
b. Drag it to the Uninstall section that appears on the screen.
c. Tap on "OK"  when the pop-up window appears.

Ready to Reinstall TailScore on an Android Device?

1. Open Google Play.  If on your device, use the Play Store app Google Play.  If On your computer, go to "www.play.google.com." 
2. Find the TailScore app and click "Install."

Solution 2:  Uninstall and Reinstall the TailScore app on an iOS Device.

Need to Uninstall TailScore on your iOS Device?

1. To remove the TailScore app directly from the Home Screen: 
a. Touch and hold the TailScore app on the Home Screen.
b. Then tap "Remove" from Home Screen to keep it in App Library or tap "Delete App" to completely delete it from iPhone.
2. To delete the TailScore app from the App Library and Home Screen: 
a. Go to the Home Screen, then swipe left past all your Home Screen pages to get to App Library.
b. Tap the "Search" field at the top of the screen, then enter "TailScore."  Or scroll up and down to browse the alphabetical list.
c. Touch and hold the TailScore icon in the App Library, tap "Delete App, then tap "Delete."

Ready to Reinstall TailScore Back onto your iOS Device?

1. From a Home screen, tap the App Store icon. If the TailScore app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.
2. To install apps, you must sign in with your Apple ID or create one.
3. To browse the App Store, tap Apps (at the bottom).
4. To search for apps by name, tap "Search" (at the bottom) then enter "TailScore."
5. Tap the app.
6. Tap "Get" then tap "Install."
7. If prompted, sign in to the App Store to complete the install.
